Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our team. As a High School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students, fostering their academic growth and personal development. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Utilize effective instructional strategies to facilitate student learning
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching methods
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth
- Contribute to curriculum development and improvement initiatives

Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills to create a conducive learning environment
- Experience working with high school students, understanding their unique needs and challenges
- Proficient in proofreading and providing constructive feedback on student work
- Knowledge of instructional design principles to develop effective lesson plans
